Daytime parking for zone E resident permit holders in Windsor Leisure Centre and Alexandra Gardens car parks came to an end on Thursday 1 June.

However, residents displaying valid permits for zone E will be able to park for free in:

 The daytime parking made available at the leisure centre and Alexandra Gardens was originally introduced during Covid as a temporary measure to provide additional daytime parking spaces. This was because there was increased demand for spaces for resident permit holders in Windsor town centre as a result of national restrictions asking people to stay at home.

• Windsor Dials car park on Saturdays and Sundays, 9am to 6pm
• All council car parks, except River Street in Windsor, Monday to Sunday, 6pm to 9am.

Demand for additional spaces has since reduced with the easing and removal of restrictions.
